Analýza kapitálové struktury firmy

Abstract

This thesis aims to outline the options that companies have when considering their investment plans and help in particular case to find the optimal way of financing the investment project. In the theoretical part of the thesis we describe a solution to the financial analysis of the company in relation to the sources of financial information (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flow), then I will give a general description of the ways usable for financing short-term and long-term needs of the company. Then in the practical part, I will perform a financial analysis of a particular company with the use of an available financial information and based on the results of this financial analysis I will then suggest the most suitable financing investment projects.
