Bezpečnostní rizika v OKK Koksovny, a.s.

Abstract

V diplomové práci posuzuji rizika, jaké mohou vzniknout při provozu koksovny Svoboda v Ostravě. Pro objektivní zhodnocení jsem popsal současný stav technologického procesu při výrobě koksu a druhotných výrobků. Pak jsem vyhodnotil možná rizika, která mohou vzniknout na jednotlivých objektech této složité výrobní linky.

In this thesis assesses risks which may arise during the operation of the Svoboda coking plant in Ostrava. For an objective assessment, I described the current status of the process in the production of coke and accessory products. Then I assess the potential risks that may arise in individual objects on this production line. After identification of risks, I suggested technical and organizational measures that can reduce exposure to risk or eliminate it. For the risk assessment I used method for the selective numbers carried out measurements on the hazardous installations and the measurement results compared with the levels of particulate matter and gases, as determined by the relevant legislation
