Polyfunkční dům v Ostravě-Přívoze

Abstract

The theme of my bachelor thesis is creating a partial documentation for construcion execution of Polyfunctional building in Ostrava – Přívoz in accordance with Promulgation 499/2006 Coll. about building documentation. The whole project was based upon previously designed urban development study which was created during the courses of Architecture Studio III and it also is an extension and a finalization of the project previously created during the courses of Architecture Studio IV and Architecture studio Va in which the documentation for building permition was created as well. My main idea behind creating this project was simplicity, maximal function and modern look of the desing. I also tried to fit the design unobtrusively into the newly created urban development concept. A complience with applicable laws, regulations and standards was taken into account while developing this bachelor thesis.
