Zpracování investičního projektu ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Rozhodování o investiční aktivitě v rámci podniku představuje jednu z nejdůležitějších a současně nejtěžších činností podnikového řízení, neboť taková rozhodnutí mají přímý vliv na současný i budoucí stav společnosti. Cílem závěrečné práce je zhodnotit efektivnost investičního projektu společnosti podnikající v oblasti stavebnictví. Základní struktura bakalářské práce spočívá v teoreticko-metodologických východiscích hodnocení investičního projektu, charakteristice vybrané společnosti, hodnocení efektivnosti investice a závěru zahrnující intepretaci dosažených výsledků. Ve čtvrté kapitole byly provedeny výpočty statických a dynamických kritérií hodnocení a citlivostní analýza pro varianty investičního projektu financovaného z vlastních zdrojů a hrazeného ze zdrojů cizích. V obou případech výsledky vyhovovaly kritériím pro přijetí, přičemž byla doporučena realizace zadluženého investičního projektu. Rovněž byla provedena citlivostní analýza NPV na různé faktory, z nichž nejvýznamnějším byla prodejní cena produkce.

Investment decision-making within a company represents one of the most important and likewise challenging activities of corporate management, as such decisions have a direct impact on the current and future state of the company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment project of a company operating in the construction industry. The structure of the thesis consists of theoretical-methodological foundations of investment project evaluation, characteristics of the selected company, evaluation of investment efficiency and a conclusion including interpretation of the achieved results. In the fourth chapter, calculations of static and dynamic evaluation criteria and sensitivity analysis were conducted for variants of the investment project funded from equity and from debt. In both cases, the results met the acceptance criteria and the implementation of a debt-financed investment project was recommended. A sensitivity analysis of NPV to various factors was also performed with the most significant being the selling price of the production.
