Územní studie nového centra obce Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem

Abstract

VÁCLAVÍK Pavel, territorial study new village center of the Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem, thesis VŠB-TU Ostrava, 2018, 89 pages, thesis supervisor Ing. Jan Česelský Ph.D. Diploma thesis is focus on modification of the new centre of Kunčice pod Ond��ejníkem and other variants of this modification. Modifications are including transport and technical infrastructure whit regard to the zoning plan and limits of the solved area. Diploma thesis proposed three variants of the area. For each area is prepared economic budget. Area variants are evaluated by SWOT analysis in the conclusion. Municipal building and residential building are preserved and their purpose is not changed. Rest of this area is undeveloped. Undeveloped places are designed for new constructions.
