Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current process of selecting and recruitment of employees in a specific organization and make recommendations its for improvement. The thesis is divided into two major parts - theoretical and practical one. In the theoretical part are the individual steps of selection and recruitment of employees characterized based on specialized literature. Practical part analyzes the methods for selecting and recruitment of employees in a chosen organization, where the knowledge was obtained during interviews with a consultant from the human resources department and by questionnaires. On the basis of this analysis are then made recommendations for the organization to improve the current process of selecting and recruitment of employees.
