Abstract

Impact of Grants from the European Union Focussed on the Real Estate Market The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the positive and negative impacts of the real estate grants (according to the statements of European Union funds applicants) using a multi-criterion decision-making and subsequent paired comparison analysis. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter deals with the economical impact of grants for the real estate market. The third chapter is devoted to the criteria for evaluation of impacts on the real estate market. The results of the impact of grants from the European Union funds are described in the fourth chapter. The last, fifth chapter is represented by conclusion.
