Čerpání dotací ze Strukturálních fondů EU městem Vsetín

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá strukturální politikou EU, jejími principy na kterých tato politika funguje a strukturálními fondy EU, které mají za cíl snižovat disparity mezi jednotlivými regiony členských zemí. Praktická část je zaměřena na Integrovaný plán rozvoje města Vsetín, jehož pomocí se uskutečňuje řada projektů v rámci Evropské unie. Hlavním těžištěm této práce je samotný projekt Stavební úpravy náměstí Svobody, který měl být původně také dotovaný z EU. Cílem práce je poskytnout návrhy vylepšení stávající podoby tohoto projektu.

The thesis deals with structural politics of EU, its principles which helps the politics to function and with the structural funds which aim is to decrease disproportions among regions in Czech Republic. Practical part focuses on Integrated plan of development of town of Vsetín. A lot of projects of European Union are made thanks to this plan. The main base of the thesis is the Project of reconstruction of Svoboda square itself, which should have been doped by EU. The goal of the thesis is to provide improving designs of this project.
