Analýza systému řízení dokumentace v energetické společnosti

Abstract

The analysis of improving the documentation management system in energy company is the object of the thesis. The document management is very important for any organization because it gives assurance that always and under all circumstances employees will find instructions on how to properly and effectively do their work and also it is an effective tool for training of entirely new staff. The first part is the management system documentation on the theoretical level. It shows the requirements of ISO standards 9000 series and ISO / TR 10013. There is also compared a revision of CSN EN ISO 9001:2016 to documentation in quality management system. The practical part describes the status of documentation management in the energy company. The next chapter is a description of an electronic environment of current and proposed documentation management in the organization. In conclusion is given the comparison of current and future document management system in the company.
