Zhodnocení řízení a fungování sportovní organizace

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení řízení a fungování sportovní organizace vybraného závodního motokárového týmu. Cílem bylo identifikovat faktory ovlivňující jeho fungování. Využitá byla přímá participace na činnostech týmu, dotazníkové šetření, polostrukturovaný rozhovor se zakladatelem týmu, SWOT analýza, PEST analýza a Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil. Na základě získaných informací byla navrhnuta doporučení, které mohou přispět k dalšímu rozvoji a zefektivnění týmu.

This thesis focuses on evaluating the management and operations of a selected competitive karting team. The aim was to identify the factors influencing its operations. The research utilized direct participation in the team’s activities, a questionnaire survey, a semi-structured interview with the team’s founder, a SWOT analysis, a PEST analysis, and Porter’s Five Forces model. Based on the information gathered, recommendations were proposed that could contribute to the team’s further development and increased efficiency.
