Abstract

As my bachelors thesis I have chosen the theme Management analysis of football club FC Hlučín, Inc. The aim of my thesis is to implement management analysis of football club FC Hlučín, Inc. playing the second Gambrinus league, which is also the second highest football competition in the Czech Republic. Football is ranked among the most watched and popular sports in our country. With its high popularity it attracts attention of spectators, but also businessmen and big enterprises in a form of sponsors who are willing and able to invest large financial resources into the club. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on explanation of key words such as management, manager, organizational structure, particular business legal forms at football, economic analysis such as SWOT analysis and analysis of particular kinds of advertisement. The second part is focused on particular football club, its history, legal determination and the implementation of individual economic analysis where advertisement was closely surveyed as one of the main sources of incomes of this football club. Based on investigation results I defined club´s merits and deficiencies and I proposed possible recommendation and subsequent solutions.
