Fitness centrum v Hlučíně

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace potřebné pro realizaci novostavby fitness centra. Dokumentace je vypracována v rozsahu požadovaném platnou legislativou, zejména vyhláškou č. 131/2024 Sb., a vychází z koncepční studie vytvořené v předmětech Projekt I a Projekt II. Součástí práce je textová část, která shrnuje základní identifikační a technické informace o navrhované stavbě, popisuje její umístění v území a uvádí hlavní stavebně-technické, konstrukční a provozní principy návrhu. Dále jsou přiloženy posudky hodnotící tepelně-technické vlastnosti obvodových konstrukcí v souladu s ČSN 73 0540-2 a posouzení energetické náročnosti obálky budovy. Nedílnou částí je také statická část věnovaná návrhu železobetonové stropní konstrukce, na kterou navazuje výkresová dokumentace pokrývající architektonické, konstrukční i technické řešení objektu. Navrhovaný objekt fitness centra je situován v Hlučíně. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní nepodsklepenou budovu navrženou jako samostatně stojící objekt, jehož dispoziční, konstrukční a technické řešení odpovídá funkčnímu využití a požadavkům provozu tohoto typu staveb.

This diploma thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation required for the construction of a new fitness centre. The documentation is prepared in accordance with applicable legislation, particularly Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., and is based on a conceptual study developed within the courses Project I and Project II. The textual part of the thesis summarises the essential identification and technical information about the proposed building, describes its location within the site, and outlines the principal architectural, structural and operational aspects of the design. The thesis also includes thermal-technical assessments of the building envelope carried out in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2, as well as an evaluation of the energy performance of the building envelope. An integral component of the work is the structural section, which deals with the design of a reinforced concrete floor slab, followed by the drawing documentation covering the architectural, structural and technical design of the building. The proposed fitness centre is located in the town of Hlučín. It is designed as a twostorey, non-basement, detached building whose architectural layout, structural system and technical solutions correspond to its intended use and operational requirements.
