Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis on the production preparation for construction of residential units is to create insight into the issues concerning the implementation of housing construction. The first point of this work is the processing of documentation for the execution of the project. This documentation provides comprehensive insight into the building housing the extent necessary for a smooth and seamless construction. Continuity is ensured by the construction schedule the building, which takes into account the temporal link between construction work and gives the opportunity for proper preparation of individual work activities. The project includes the construction site, which offers excellent working conditions for fast, efficient and safe running of the construction. In financial terms, it is advantageous to create itemized budget, which refers to financial performance and may serve as a basis for selecting the contractor.
