Tvorba kontrolních plánů ve společnosti vyrábějící vakuová zařízení.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu kontrolních plánů ve společnosti vyrábějící vakuová zařízení. Nejprve je stručně charakterizována organizace Edwards, s.r.o., pro kterou byla tato práce vytvořena. V následujících kapitolách jsou zpracována teoretická východiska, je stručně popsáno výrobní zaměření organizace a je analyzován stávající stav organizace, konkrétněji situace v oblasti kontrolních plánů. Nad rámec diplomové práce je provedena analýza systému měření za stávajících podmínek. Z analýzy stávajících kontrolních plánů vyplynula slabá místa, ke kterým byla navržena nápravná opatření. V diplomové práci je popsáno zavádění nápravných opatření, jejich konečné zhodnocení a přínos zavedených nápravných opatření.

This diploma thesis is focused on the creation of the control plans in vacuum equipment manufacturing company. Firstly, the Edwards ltd. for which this thesis was created is described. The theoretical basis is elaborated in following chapters where there is the production focus of the company described briefly. The current status of the company, with the particular focus on the control plans, is also analyzed there. There is also measurement system analysis under current conditions realized above the overall framework of this thesis. Weak points of the existing control plans were elicited from the analysis and there were corrective actions suggested for them. The implementation, evaluation and effects of these corrective actions are described in the thesis.
