Projektové řízení a jeho uplatnění při implementaci investičního projektu

Abstract

This work deals with the problem of project management and its methods and approaches. With the help of which it is the task of developing proposals to construct a new collection point in the village at Lužice u Hodonína. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts of project management such as its history, project, type of project and project participants. In the next section, the author informs the methods and approaches of project management and software support. At last, the practical part is an analysis of the environment of the village itself and the drafting of the construction project.
