Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on criminal activity related to public procurement. The aim is to analyze the relevant criminal offenses that may occur in the procurement process, such as gaining undue advantage, collusion, fraud, bribery, or money laundering. The thesis combines theoretical foundations with the analysis of specific case law, particularly the decision of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic No. 5 Tdo 1106/2016. It also includes proposals for preventive measures that could help reduce the risk of manipulation of public funds.
