Abstract

The subject of the master thesis is the evaluation of current operational tactics and technical devices used for rescuing people from weirs, where the work is focused mainly on the Fire Rescue Corps of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The first part of the thesis describes the used technical devices, operational tactics and their identified shortcomings. This part includes the research of the usability of new technical devices prior to their inclusion in the equipment of fire protection units and the subsequent solution of all identified shortcomings. The second part of the thesis contains an evaluation of the implementation and verification of training and a proposal for its modification in relation to the new technical devices. The third part contains a proposal for the modification of the training syllabus for work on water.
