Světová ekonomická krize a její dopady na českou ekonomiku

Abstract

In response to the global economic crisis, many countries have adopted anti-crisis packages to mitigate the effects of the crisis. The aim of this thesis is to determine what impact the global economic crisis has on the Czech economy and to assess the effectiveness of anti-crisis measures in the Czech Republic and in selected states. The first part focuses on the description of direct and indirect causes of the economic crisis. The second chapter is an analysis of key macroeconomic indicators of the Czech Republic. The next two chapters are devoted to specific anti-crisis measures in selected countries - Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Germany, U.S. and EU. Selected measures are more specified and then evaluated their effectiveness.
