Organizace florbalového turnaje

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the preparation and organization process of a specific sports event – the floorball tournament Orca Winter Cup 2025. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the organizational model of the tournament using management tools, identify its critical points, and propose recommendations for its future development. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of sports management, marketing, and project management methodology. In the practical part, network analysis is applied to determine the critical path and the time required for preparation. Furthermore, a risk analysis, a detailed analysis of financing, and an evaluation of participant feedback obtained through a questionnaire survey and an interview are conducted. The result is a SWOT analysis and a proposal of specific measures to increase the quality and efficiency of future editions.
