Optimalizace parametrů zkoušky - ztráta žíháním

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bylo optimalizovat parametry zkoušky ztráty žíháním. Zkouška ztráty žíháním je důležitou slévárenskou zkouškou sloužící k hodnocení kvality směsi. Byl zkoumán vliv faktorů na výsledné hodnoty ztráty žíháním, ze kterých se poté určovalo pomocí metody plánovaní experimentu, který z faktorů je statisticky nejvýznamnější. Testována byla 3 ostřiva (křemenný písek, olivín a chromit), 2 regeneráty (termický regenerát olivínu – Alphaset a chromitový regenerát – furan) a jednotná bentonitová směs.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to optimize the parameters of loss of ignition test. The lost of ignition test is an importnant foundry test used to evaluate the quality of the mixture. The influence of factors on the resulting values of loss of ignition was investigated, from which it was then determined using the design of experiment method, which of the factors is statistically the most significant. They were tested 3 sands (silica sand, olivine and chromite), 2 reclaimed sands (thermal regenerate of olivine – Alphaset and chromite regenerate – furan) and bentonite moulding mixture.
