Abstract

The theme of my work of dissertation is the analysis of communication activities of selected retail chains. My goal was to determine how retailers interact with the standing and potential customers. Specifically, I focused on retail chains Tesco and Albert. In my work I have to carry out marketing research used the method of observation by the observation sheet and method of questioning by questionnaires. Polling was done on 150 respondents.
