Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the financial comparison of two variants of the perimeter of the apartment building in Hukvaldy. It is a three–storey object with basement, which is completely build from Ytong system. Part of this bachelor thesis is also project documentation of planning permission. Next part is budget, description of each variant technological process of masonry, thermal-technical asseseement and time schedule for one of two variant of envelope.
