Hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována hodnocení investičního projektu a jejím cílem je ověření ekonomické efektivnosti investičního projektu ve vybraném podniku a následné rozhodnutí o přijetí investice. Tohoto cíle bylo dosaženo použitím statických a dynamický kritérií, konkrétně aplikací metod čisté současné hodnoty, indexu ziskovosti, vnitřního výnosového procenta, prosté a dynamické doby návratnosti, rentability dlouhodobě investovaného kapitálu a průměrných ročních nákladů. V první kapitole je soustředěna pozornost na definování teoretických pojmů týkajících se investice a investičního rozhodování. Dále je uvedena klasifikace investičních projektů, charakteristika fází investičního procesu a peněžních toků investice. Obsahem druhé kapitoly je popis ekonomických kritérií hodnocení investičních projektů a metodika jejich výpočtu. Část kapitoly je ponechána pro vysvětlení nákladů kapitálu. Výpočty v praktické části práce dokázaly, že investice je podle všech kritérií efektivní, přispívá k růstu tržní hodnoty podniku a je tedy přínosné ji realizovat.

The Bachelor thesis deals with an assessment of an investment project. The aim of the thesis is verification of economic efficiency of a specific company’s investment project and the subsequent decision whether to carry out the investment. This was achieved by using static and dynamic criteria, namely the application of net present value method, profitability index, internal rate of return, simple and dynamic payback method, return of the capital employed on a long-term basis and average annual cost. The first chapter focuses on the definition of theoretical concepts relating to investments and investment decision-making. Furthermore, the classification of investment projects is provided and phases of the investment process and investment cash flows are characterized. The second chapter describes economic evaluation criteria for investment projects and related calculation methodology. A part of the chapter explains the cost of capital. The calculations in the practical part demonstrate that the investment is effective according to all applied criteria, it contributes to the growth of the market value of the company and it would be therefore beneficial to carry the investment out.
