The Bachelor Degree Thesis "The use of selected statistical tools for optimizing business processes" is to outline an overview of statistical tools for optimizing business processes. First I focesed on the description of these design tools, including research on the use of instruments in practice. Then will be the practical application of selected instruments for case study.
