Abstract

The thesis deals with the influence of the different grains size of coal fuel on the ability of spontaneous combustion. This work contains characteristics of particle size analysis and methods for determining susceptibility to spontaneous combustion of coal. It approaches the theories of spontaneous combustion of coal, influencing factors and causes of spontaneous combustion. It also solves the safety height of stockpile of coal and it calculates the safe time to storage.
