Projektové řízení a využití strukturální fondů EU na příkladu vybraného projektu

Abstract

The aim of Diploma Thesis is to provide a general overview of the topic of project management, briefly present procedure of creating project asking for aid from Structural Funds and mainly to analyse selected parts of real project proposals, which ask for financial subsidies from EU Structural Funds.

Diploma Thesis is divided into five chapters. The second chapter targets the description theoretical framework of project management. In this chapter are also described the important concepts of this dilemma. The main subject of the third chapter is well arranged the dilemma of creating and handing projects in Czech Republic and also point the possible problems created by missing out some of the important facts. The fourth chapter illustrates questions of the project exactly on the factual project. This project is named “Charity house construction“ and was send to ROP in Central Moravia in this planning period. For this part of my diploma I used the internal project materials and mainly the feasibility study as the creating background.
