Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is, the grant program "Training Centre", to describe the opportunities and risks in the preparation of investment project financed by the Operational Programme Entrepreneurship and Innovation for SMEs. The introductory part is characterized by the EU Structural Funds and training centre. In subsequent chapters, followed by a description and preparation of investment projects for the company ZIPP Brno Ltd and the overall final evaluation.
