Analýza výkonnosti sportovních zařízení ve vybrané lokalitě

Abstract

This thesis deals with Analysis of Sports Facilities Performance. The main starting point of performance evaluation is creation of SWOT analysis and process analysis of particular sports venues of selected sports organization. The next area of interest is monitoring of development of total revenues, total costs including economic results and execution of financial analysis. On the basis of discovered results I present recommendations that may lead to improvement of current state of the sports organization performance.
