Abstract
The topic of the thesis is research and analysis of the market for boreholes for heat pumps in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of description and classification of heat pumps and ground source exchangers with boreholes. As well, the theoretical part defines and characterizes the Czech market and its participants.
In the practical part, market research is provided driven by the basis of marketing methods. Based on a simulated fictitious company, a competitive analysis is performed, including the application of strategic planning methods called "SWOT" and "4P's". As a result, possible scenarios for the development of the market for boreholes for primary exchangers and entry strategies for the fictitious company are proposed.
