Modernizace veřejného osvětlení v Ostravě

Abstract

This thesis deal with the modernization of public lighting in Ostrava. Light sources and luminaires must meet the necessary requirements of standards and codes to be used for public lighting. It is also necessary that the implementation of the lighting system was accompanied by a project documentation, which is defined requirements too. In order to select the most suitable luminaires approached objectively as possible, it is important to involve the widest possible range of experts. Therefore a multi-criteria analysis was processed for objective selection of suitable luminaires and tender. Selected kriteria and their weights were given the complexity of the problem discussed in conjuction with PTD Muchová s.r.o. and OK a.s., the need for multi-criteria analysis criteria have been set. Processed multi-criteria analysis should also serve not only the purposes of this thesis, but also generally in a real choice lighting luminaires and therefore the tender. Functionality theoretical analysis processing for selecting suitable luminaires are subsequently verified by the real example considered modernization of public lighting in Ostrava – Poruba.
