Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to compare the marketing process and the management at two professional Czech football teams. Each team is analyzed with emphasis on the marketing process. Also a financial analysis of financial ratios, bonity and bankruptcy models from the publicly available economic results is formulated. The results of the thesis are stated in the Conclusion. The conducted analysis distinctly shows that the economic position of FC Baník Ostrava, a.s. is considerably worse than the position of SFC Opava, o.s.. FC Baník Ostrava, a.s. is increasingly approaching a bankruptcy while SFC Opava, o.s. is economically stable.
