Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on the topic Optimization of Truck Transport in ArcelorMittal Ostrava. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part discusses the business logistics, explains the basic concepts associated with logistics and also discusses the storage, which is closely related to logistics. The theoretical part describes the transport logistics and the various modes of transport. The practical part is focused on ArcelorMittal Ostrava, where the analysis will be performed on a selected store from the whole plant ArcelorMittal. These analyzes will address loading trucks. At the end of this thesis submit proposals for improvement.
