Analýza realitního trhu zaměřená na rodinné domy v Prostějově a okolí

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the real estate market, focusing on houses in Prostějov and surroundings, in terms of its most attractive residential locations. The first theoretical part explains basic terms of real estate market and identifies particular kinds of estate, then provides basic information about the cadastre, about the Building Act and on the supply and demand for real estate. The second, practical part includes analysis of real estate market in the district Prostějov, also its geological environment with mining activities, soil and climatic conditions, and as well land use.
