Zhodnocení systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřená na zpracování metod a informací získaných z odborné literatury. Praktická část pak podrobněji popisuje současný systém odměňování a motivace ve vybrané společnosti. V rámci diplomové práce bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které mělo za úkol zjistit, jak hodnotí systém zaměstnanci společnosti. V poslední části jsou navrženy návrhy na zlepšení a také celkové posouzení systému z pohledu autora práce. Základem pro tyto návrhy bylo zhodnocení teoretických poznatků a praktických metod, které organizace využívá v praxi.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of the employees‘ remuneration and motivation system in a selected company. The theoretical part of the work is aimed at the description of methods and information found in the scientific literature. The practical part describes the current employees’ remuneration and motivation system in detail. Within the diploma thesis, the questionnaire survey has been executed; this was done to find out how the company’s employees evaluated the system. The last part of the work includes the proposals for improving the current system from the author’s point of view. Base for these proposals was the evaluation of acquired theoretical knowledge and practical methods which are currently used by the organization.
