Abstract

The thesis focuses on the issue of purchasing management, aiming at the evaluation of its current state in Kloboucká lesní s.r.o., which deals with logging and processing of wood. The theoretical basis of the thesis deals with purchasing, its management and strategy. The practical part, through interviews and other methods, analyzes the current state of purchasing management in the company. An important part is the synthesis of the lessons learned and recommendations to improve the current state of purchasing management.
