Využití brownfields jako netradičních prostor pro volný čas (čerpací stanice a vodojem, Baška)

Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the use of brownfields as non-traditional space for leisure time (water pumping station and water reservoir, Baška). In the research section of the thesis brownfields problematics and definition of leisure time are discussed. The following section describes brownfields auxiliary evaluation criteria based on which typology of brownfields utilized in leisure time activities is created. In the next section a model brownfields area in Baška, classified using the created typology, is described and analyzed. A new proposal of water pumping station and water reservoir utilization in Baška, including 3D visualization, is elaborated.
