Černá Hora jako kandidátská země Evropské unie

Abstract

V rámci této diplomové práce je popsána politika rozšiřování Evropské unie, přístupová kritéria, fáze přístupového procesu a speciální proces přistoupení pro země západního Balkánu. Dále je zde přiblížena historie Černé Hory, její zahraniční obchod a členství v mezinárodních organizacích. Podrobněji je práce zaměřena na zhodnocení současného stavu jednotlivých kapitol acquis communautaire Černé Hory a plnění přístupových kritérií.

This thesis describes the policy of enlargement of the European Union, accession criteria, stages of the accession process and the special accession process for the Western Balkans. Furthermore, a closer approach to the history of Montenegro, the foreign trade and membership in international organizations. In more detail, it is focused on the evaluation of the current status of the individual chapters of the acquis communautaire of Montenegro and the fulfillment of the accession criteria.
