Možnosti modernizace pohonů kolesového rypadla KU 800.20

Abstract

Tato práce shrnuje poznatky a zkušenosti které jsem získal ve firmě SD-1.Strojírenská a.s. při realizaci některých uváděných modernizací rypadla KU 800.20. V první části popisuji kolesové rypadlo KU800.20 před provedenou modernizací a dále se zaobírám problematikou nasazení rypadla v lokalitě Dolů Nástup Tušimice. V další kapitole je popsána výměna špičky kolesového výložníku a uvádím technická data nového kolesa s pohonem. V dalších částech mé práce popisuji technické inovace pohonů základních pohybů stroje, tzn. výsuv a zdvih kolesového výložníku, otoč horní stavby a analyzuji problematiku převodovek pohonů jednotlivých pasů stroje. Na závěr mé práce uvádím ekonomické a technické přínosy, které by tyto modernizační změny, měly proti původnímu provedení kolesového rypadla přinést.

This work summarizes knowledge and experiences which I got in the company SD-1. Strojírenská, a. s. during the realization of some of the mentioned modernization of excavator KU.800.20. In the first part of my work I am describing bucket wheel excavator before the modernization and I am also writing about problems of using the excavator in the area of mines Nástup Tušimice. The exchange of the tip of bucket-wheel jib is described in the next chapter. I will also mention technical information about new paddlewheel drive. In the next parts of my work I am describing technical innovations of drives of basic machine motion which means extension and lifting of bucket wheel jib and upper construction turn and I am also analysing the problems of transmission drives of particular strips of machine. At the end of my work I will mention economic and technical benefits which these modern changes should bring compared to the original design of bucket wheel excavator.
