Abstract
Bachelor´s thesis is pursuing the topic of Inventory Management with Application of ABC analysis. The right estimation of the size of inventory is the important task for any company. The target of this bachelor´s thesis is the application of ABC analysis to particular environment of V-PODLAHY, s. r. o. company. The goods in warehouses are divided into 3 groups on the basis of the size of sale. In group A, the goods which are stored in all warehouses, will be included. The articles, which are stored only in central warehouses, will be mentioned in group B. The goods from the group C will be only for an order. Based on calculation from this ABC analysis and division, the financial means of the change of inventory structure are evaluated.
