Zhodnocení investice v hlubinném dole San Fernando

Abstract

Diplomová práce se orientuje na problematiku dobývání v hlubinném dole San Fernando v Kolumbii – konkrétně na mechanizaci dobývacího zařízení a tím zvýšení produktivity těžby. Cílem této práce je tedy charakterizovat zkoumaný hlubinný důl, zaměřit se na možné investice s ohledem na produktivitu práce a jejich následné zhodnocení. Ke zhodnocení investice, kterou zde představuje mechanizované dobývací zařízení, jsem použila metody čisté současné hodnoty, doby návratnosti investice, metodu výnosnosti investice, a určila index výnosnosti. Práce je rovněž doplněna o matematický model, sloužící k určení pořadí výhodnosti jednotlivých investičních variant, s ohledem na zaměstnanost pracovníků a dobu jejich práce na ložisku. V závěru této práce doporučuji nejvýhodnější investiční variantu s ohledem na příznivé udržení zaměstnanosti kolumbijských horníků.

This thesis focuses on the issue of mining in the San Fernando underground mine in Colombia - specifically, the mechanization of mining equipment, thereby increasing productivity mining. The purpose of this work is to characterize the examined underground mine, focus on possible investments with regard to productivity and their subsequent evaluation. To evaluate an investment, that here is a mechanized mining equipment, I used the method of net present value (NPV), payback period, method of return of investment (ROI) and I determined investment productivity index. This work is also completed by a mathematical model, used to determine the order of the advantages of individual investment options with regard to the employment of workers and for their work on the deposit. At the end of this work I suggest the best investment options in order to maintain employment Colombian miners.
