Abstract

This thesis deals with theoretical and practical description of the creation of business strategies in industrial companies. Simply trying to analyze the current situation of the company Kemmerich Czech s.r.o. and propose steps that would streamline the current strategy. The introductory part deals with the theoretical description and analysis of the characteristics needed to identify the current situation. The second part is devoted to the presentation of the company and part where are prepared an analysis of the current situation. In the third section are proposels for business steps which could streamline the current business strategy.
