Reforma penzijního sytému v České republice

Abstract

The diploma work defines the actual pension insurance system in context with the upcoming pension system reform. The introductory part deals with the legal arrangement of the pension insurance. It concentrates not only on the law itself but tries to reach the heart of the matter, describing the basic principles and conditions for the claim to draw a pension. The next part classifies the causes of changes in the pension system, i.e. namely the ageing population and the state budget deficit. The final part describes the suggested changes in the whole pension system.
