Územní studie lokality Pod Hvězdárnou v Přerově

Abstract

Graduation´s Thesis, tutor: Ing. Renata Zdařilová, Ph.D. The goal of this thesis is the drafting of land use in the locality "Under the Observatory" in Prerov, which follows the new statutory Master Plan addresses the installation of Prerov as still undeveloped land. The thesis is designed in different variants, whereas Option 1 is further more enlarged.

The result is a proposal for land use, housing, accompanied by civic amenities. Use the links to existing buildings and part of the solution is also a proposal of the technical infrastructure and energy supplies. There is also analyzed the current state of the area and the housing of the statutory Prerov.
