Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the valuation of commercial real estate property, which is an asset of the family business and how to dispose of in the future. For the purposes of this study are used methods of description, analysis and deduction. To solve are used traditional methods of valuation and the methods are of cost, revenue and comparative. The highest values came from the revenue method. Hence the recommendation for the owners is that they should kept this real estate as the family bussness and devoted their efforts to lease.
