Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on financial analysis of industrial company. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical part. Part of the theoretical part is the characteristics of the company, which describes the basic information about the company, focus, production. The theoretical part defines the basic description of terms, sources for the creation of financial analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis, ratios and Du-Point pyramidal decomposition. The last part of the financial analysis are creditworthy and bankruptcy models. The practical part deals with the financial analysis of the selected company.
