The aim of this bachelor thesis within the scope of building construction is elaborating of design documentation of a residential building for the purposes of a building permit. The aforementioned documentation has been develop in accordance with the requirements of Decree No 405/2017 Coll., Annex No. 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll [1].
Constructional and technological proces of implementing a single-layered walk proofed roof of a residential building as well as time schedule and itemized budget of this constructional and technological proces - a single-layered walk proofed roof of a residential building - have been prepared and are included in this thesis.
The thesis deals with four-storey residential building situated in village Markvartovice. The whole object is designed to be constructed from Heluz system [2]. A single-layered walk proofed roof of a residential building will serve as a terrace and recreational place for the residents of the building. They can use the roof as a place for organizing private events such as company meetings, parties and celebrations or they can relax there.The terrace is not designed for the needs of schema_dspacedb. It is intended only as a place of recreation and relaxation of the residents of the building.
