Abstract
This thesis is a comprehensive financial analysis of AGC Automotive Czech a.s, in which is performed economic analysis of leading supplier of safety glass in the automotive industry during the years 2005 to 2010. The company is analyzed using ratios - profitability, activity, liquidity and leverage, as well as by Du Pont-pyramidal decomposition, where is the obvious influence of the individual analytical items on the top of the synthetic indicator. The joint-stock company is reviewed by creditworthy and bankruptcy models that reveal the financial health and financial distress of the given company.
