Abstract

This master thesis focuses on the security of ice hockey stadium and ensuring people's safety at high - risk matches. The theoretical part is dedicated to the physical protection of facilities and spectator violence. The practical part is divided into two main sections, ensure the physical protection of the facility and ensure security for high-risk matches. The specific examp of the current security status of stadium in Valašské Meziříčí is described. On the basis of the following risk analysis, several innovative solutions are proposed to minimize the identified risks with economic evaluation taken into account.
