Abstract

Financial analysis is very important for financial decision making, because it provides information about current financial health of the company and as well information about past progress. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial situation of Carla spol. s.r.o. in period from 2010 to 2015 based on results of Vertical and Horizontal Analysis, Financial Ratio Analysis and decomposition of Return on Equity. Thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part are described theoretical methods of financial analysis. Subject of the second part is presentment of Carla spol. s.r.o. and construction of vertical and horizontal analysis. In the last part, the financial situation is evaluated, evaluation is based on results of financial analysis and decomposition od Return on Equity.
