It aims to determine employees' satisfaction with the benefits system through a questionnaire survey. It identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the system for employees, while also seeking to uncover shortcomings in the reward system and propose potential optimizations. Additionally, it aims to suggest recommendations that could lead to improvements.
